Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): Our most popular option for deliveries within Bangladesh. Your order will be carefully packed and dispatched to arrive within 3–5 business days from the time of purchase. Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size, and will be calculated at checkout.
Inside Dhaka Express (1–2 business days): Need your order sooner? If you're in Dhaka, choose our express option for delivery within 1–2 business days. Ideal for last-minute purchases or special occasions. This service may have an additional fee.
Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on all orders over ৳5,000. The discount is automatically applied at checkout—no code needed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Exchange or Return of Goods
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt.
Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels still attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged or altered.
How to Return: To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal on the website. You will need your order number and email address. Follow the instructions to generate a prepaid shipping label. Alternatively, you can drop off the item at our designated return points in Dhaka.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method, bKash, or a bank transfer within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
FAQs
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this to check the status of your delivery at any time.
We accept a variety of payment options, including bKash, Nagad, and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through a secure payment gateway. You can also choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within specific areas.
